| 摘 要： | 详细介绍了一种适用于高炉炉墙厚度测量的在线测厚技术，对所涉及到的高炉炉厚度测量的基本原理和要求，高炉超声测厚传感器的特点，声电智能转换器的工作原理以及可临测多达１２８点炉墙厚度的分布工计算机网进行了描述，最后，对几座大型高炉炉堵测厚现场实验数据进行了分析和总结。

| Abstract: | A kind of on-line measuring thickness technique on Blast Furnace lining is described in detailly. It includes the basic principle and the requirement of measuring thickness on Blast Furnace lining, the specialist of ultrusonic measuring thickness transducer, the principle of intelegent ultrasonic-electric converter and distributed computer system that can measure thickness up t0 128 points. In the end, the field experiment data and result of measuring thickness on serval Blast Furnaces are discussed. |
