摘    要:观察梅花鹿鹿茸活性多肽(pilose antler active polypeptide,PAAP)软胶囊对主动免疫的大鼠免疫功能的影响。饲喂基础日粮的Wistar大鼠,每组20只,分别连续灌喂蒸馏水、白酒和鹿茸活性多肽软胶囊15d。测定并计算胸腺、脾脏指数和免疫功能。结果显示:P A A P可以减轻由酒精引起的免疫抑制,减轻胸腺萎缩,提高胸腺和脾脏指数,提高外周血中性粒细胞的吞噬功能,提高外周血T淋巴细胞百分率及分泌功能,提高血清中抗体水平,并提高支气管肺泡灌洗液中肺泡巨噬细胞的吞噬功能及T淋巴细胞百分率。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of pilose antler active polypeptide soft capsules on the immunity of immunized initiatively mice. Three groups Wistar rats were given intragastrically (ig) distillated water (control group), wine (wine group), wine PAAP (experiment group) respectively for 15 days. The systemic and respiratory tract immune functions were detected at same time. The results show that: in wine PAAP group, the systemic and respiratory tract immunodepressions which were induced by wine could be relieved by PAAP. Atrophy of thymus gland and the index of thymus and spleen were increased by PAAP. The phagocytosis of PMN, the percentage of peripheral T lymphocyte, the activity of T lymphocyte and the serum antibody could be increased by PAAP than that of control group. In respiratory tract, the phagocysis of Am and the percentage of T lymphocyte in BALF could be increased by PAAP than that of control group.
