多晶体金刚石凿岩刀具的试验研究

摘    要:本文对一种新型的刀具材料——多晶体金刚石所制成的凿岩刀具在切割破碎岩石过程中的磨损与脆裂破坏的试验研究进行了阐述;对影响这种刀具磨损及脆裂破坏的因素:刀具前倾角、刀具力、切割速度及切割深度进行了分析;对其破坏机理进行了讨论;并对如何减小这种破坏的可能性提出了建议。得出了一些新颖的结果。

Abstract:In this paper,an experimental study on the wear and brittle fracture of Polycrystalline Diamond Compact (PDC) bits during rock cutting was described. The effects of the rake angle of bit, bit forces, cutting speed, and depth on the wear and damage of bits were analyzed, the mechanism of failure of PDC bit was discussed, and some interesting results were given.
