摘    要:黑河流域生态系统属典型干旱区复合生态系统,水资源是生态经济系统可持续发展的主要限制因子和联系生态系统和经济系统的主要纽带。从黑河流域实际出发,剖析水资源短缺对流域生态系统恶化的影响,提出合理利用水资源的途径,认为节水农业的实施必须克服其对生态环境的负面影响,同时引进绿色GNP概念,加强全流域统一管理,实现循环经济。

Abstract:The Heihe river basin ecosystem belongs to the typical model of dry area compound ecosystem. Water resources are the main restricted factor of the sustainable development of the ecosystem, and are the main contact of the ecosystem and economic system. Setting out physically from the Heihe river basin, this paper analyzes the reasons which water resources shortage effects the river basin ecosystem, puts forward the paths on how to use water resources reasonably, and overcomes the negative influence of the water-saving agriculture to the ecosystem environment, introduces the green concept of GNP, strengthens integrated management to realize the circulation economy.
