晶闸管维持电流的研究

摘    要:从晶闸管的可靠性、晶闸管换向关断时间公式、晶闸管的通态特性、高频晶闸管器件以及晶闸管两次扩散参数匹配等方面论述了研究晶闸管维持电流的意义,推导证明了新的晶闸管维持电流的定量公式,并以研制生产的小功率高频晶闸管为实例,验证了这一公式的正确性,进而对其在应用上的条件及指导意义做了必要说明。

Abstract:The importance of thyristor holding current research is described from its related switch time formula,its forward characteristic,high frequency thyristor and two diffusion parametem optimization in the thyfistor manufacturing,and its re-lated quantitative formula is derived and proved from the point of thyfistor reliability.By testing of some small power high frequency thyristors which have been designed,the accuracy of the new formula is verified,and the new formula's appli-cation conditions and instructions are illustrated.
