| 摘 要： | 提出了一个新的科学研究命题：“信息-知识-智能转换规律（简称‘信息转换规律’）的研究”，阐明了该命题的科学背景和科学内涵，论述了该研究命题所涉及的若干基本概念及目前已经取得的初步成果，并揭示了由此开辟的巨大学术创新空间，展示了该命题的重大意义和广阔的应用前景.

| Abstract: | A new subject, the study of the laws of information-knowledge-intelligence transforms, is firstly proposed. The background and implications of the subject are explained. The framework and the fundamental concepts of the subject are then explicated, and the major results achieved so far within the subject are also briefly reported. It is pointed out that the research of the subject may open up a huge room for scientific discoveries and technological innovations and thus present great significance and wide foreground for applications. |
