汽车动力转向器质量检验信息系统设计与实现

摘    要:以某电动助力转向器生产企业的质量检验工作为背景,参照QC/T529—2000(中华人民共和国汽车行业标准汽车动力转向器总成台架试验方法),设计和实现电动助力转向器质量检验信息系统.该系统经测试运行安全可靠,提高了生产效率和管理效率,并可推广到汽车液压助力转向器质量检验使用.

Abstract:With the development and popularization of Electric Power Steering(EPS),the automation and the related information technology of performance test for EPS is the trend of current development.Based on the quality inspection and performance test background of an EPS production enterprise,and by referring to QC/T 529 2000,Gantry Testing Method for Control Unit of Vehicle Power Steering(Vehicles Trade Standard,Peoples Republic of China,2000),a quality inspection system MIS for EPS is developed and implemented.Finally,the system is proved safe and reliable.Thus the productivity and the management efficiency are improved.This system can also be used for the quality inspection of hydraulic power steering.
