摘    要:本文以新型铸造热锻模具钢(CHD钢)的连续冷却转变曲线(简称CCT曲线)为依据,优选出了最佳热处理工艺:1070℃正火+1000℃淬火+440℃,420℃二次回火。在使用过程中利用二次硬化效应来获得表面硬、心部韧的特点,从而满足热锻模具对强韧性的要求,并用于指导实际生产,具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:According to the continuous cooling transformation curve (CCT curve) of the cast hot working die steel for forging(CHD steel ), the better heat treatment processes of' CHD steel have been given as follows: normalizing at 1070T + quenching at 1000t + tempering at 440t, 420t. During the course of serving, CHD steel can obtain a favorable property character - surface is hardener than heart, which is realized by tile second hardening phenomenon. The strengthening and toughing requirement is met, This, is used to guide the prastical production, so the CHD steel has a good applying prospect.
