精炼镁渣制光卤石和氯化镁工艺研究

摘    要:介绍了从精炼镁渣中制取光卤石和氯化镁的工艺过程是破碎制粉(粒径1mm~2mm)、稀HCl(浓度10%~15%)溶解,采用Na2CO3中和过量酸,过滤除杂、中和、冷却、结晶工序.设计出制备工艺的最佳条件,并讨论了生产中的有关影响因素,最终生产出达标的合格产品.

Abstract:The process for the preparation of carnllite and hexahydrated magnesium chloride from refined magnesium slag is introduced.It includes crushing and powdering(slag size 1mm~2mm),dissolving(with 10%~15% HCl),impurity removing(with sodium carbonate and acid),neutralizing,cooling and crystallizing etc.The optimum conditions are designed,and the factors of influence on production are discussed.
