摘    要:
介绍了生产GGG40.3球铁阀体铸件的试验设备、原材料以及试验方法,分析了金相显微组织、化学成分、热处理工艺对低温冲击性能的影响,研究了w(Si终)、w(Ni)量对低温冲击性能的影响。结果表明:随着w(Si)量的降低,球墨铸铁的低温冲击性能和伸长率逐渐提高,而抗拉强度能够维持在一定水平;同时指出w(Si终)量控制在2.00%~2.20%为最佳,建议不添加Ni元素。

Test equipments,raw materials and test method used for production of GGG40.3 grade nodular iron valve body casting was introduced.The influences of microstructure,chemical composition and heat treating process on the low -temperature impact toughness was analyzed.The influence of Si and Mn final contents on the low -temperature impact toughness was investigated.The result showed that,with decreasing of Si content,the low-temperature impact toughness and elongation of nodular iron increased gradually,and the...
