焦化分馏塔重蜡油系统运行分析

摘    要:介绍了齐鲁石油化工公司胜利炼油厂延迟焦化装置分馏塔因结焦严重使重蜡油不能正常抽出的情况,通过(1)在集油箱底板上开孔;(2)取消重蜡油集油箱上方分馏塔板降液管的液封盘,并延伸该塔板的降液管,由动改前的距离重蜡油集油箱底板1 080 mm改为400 mm;(3)降低油气线速,降低泡沫层高度,控制焦炭塔塔顶温度、压力,控制生焦高度,在焦炭塔顶注入急冷油等措施后,使重蜡油集油箱结焦影响操作的问题得到了彻底解决.

Abstract:In the delayed coker in Shengli Refinery of SINOPEC Qilu Company, the heavy coking in the fractionator has affected the draw-out of the heavy gas oil. The coking problem of gas oil accumulator has been solved after the following measures have been taken;1) poring of oil accumulator bottom plate,2) removal of dowcomer seal pan of the tray above the accumulator, extension of the downcomer so that it is 400 mm from accumulator bottom plate instead of 1 080 mm, 3) reducing oil vapor velocity, lowering foam height, controlling overhead temperature and pressure of coker drum, controlling coke height and injection of quench oil at the overhead of coke drum etc.
