| Abstract: | Proceeding from the idiographic situation of middle and small enterprise, aiming at its business feature and problems existing in the management, the article summarizes the request of middle and small enterprise for ERP product, and deeply analyses the appropriate product-selecting model and.finally .from the profound point of view; analyses the key factors that the middle and small enterprise should pay attention to in the implementing af ERP system such as changing management peasee, business flow reengineering, data management, personnel training and so on. |
