国产稀土顺丁橡胶的基本性能研究

摘    要:研究了稀土顺丁橡胶(Nd-BR)的基本性能,并与镍系顺丁橡胶和钴系顺丁橡胶进行了对比。结果表明,与镍系顺丁橡胶和钴系顺丁橡胶相比,Nd-BR的相对分子质量和顺式-1,4结构含量较高;混炼胶的结合胶含量高,硫化速度快;拉伸强度和回弹性高,压缩生热低,耐磨性好。与国外Nd-BR相比,国产Nd-BR具有好的综合性能,其中V-305的综合性能最佳。

Abstract:The basic properties of cis 1,4-polybutadiene rubber with neodymium catalyst system (Nd-BR) were studied,and the properties of Nd-BR were compared with other cis 1,4-polybutadiene rubbers with Ni catalyst system(BRg000) or Co catalyst system(150L). The results showed that, compared with Ni catalyst system and Co catalyst system, Nd-BR had a higher molecular weight and higher content of eis-l,4 struction; The gel content of mixing rubber was higher, also the cure rate of the mixing rubber was faster; the tensile strength and rebound of Nd-BR were higher, compression heat was lower, abrasion resistance was better. The domestic Nd-BR had better comprehensive performance than Nd-BR abroad,the V-305 had best comprehensive performance.
