摘    要:考察了Mn—Ce/TiO2系蜂窝状低温SCR催化剂制备的成型助剂选择和工艺条件对蜂窝状催化剂脱硝活性的影响,并进行了脱硝催化剂成型结构、形状、微量元素配比等对烟气参数变化的适应性及其抗堵塞、腐蚀、磨损、中毒等性能的研究。

Study on the molding technology of honeycorn Mn-Ce/TiO2 catalysts for low-temperature selective catalytic reduction

Abstract:The forming process of honeycombed Mn-Ce/TiO2 catalyst for low-temperature SCR was studied. The influence of process conditons on honeycomled De-NO activity was discussed. The research was conducted on the impact of structure, shape and trace element composition of de-NO, catalyst on its adaptivity to flue parameters and resistance to plugging, corrosion, attrition and posioning.
