脱硫胶粉改性沥青储存稳定性的研究

摘    要:制备了2种新型稳定剂B和P,研究了稳定剂用量、储存温度、储存时间对改性沥青储存稳定性的影响,并将稳定剂B和P与国外稳定剂TOR进行了对比。结果表明,稳定剂B和P能明显改善改性沥青的储存稳定性,且当B和P质量分数为2%时,效果最佳,能使离析上下软化点差由10.2℃分别降低为3.5℃和1℃;对比得出,B和TOR改善储存稳定的效果相当,P的效果优于B和TOR。

Abstract:Two kinds of storage stabilizers B and P were developed. The influence of storage stabi lizer content, storage temperature and time on storage stability of modified asphalt was studied, and three storage stabilizers B, P and TOR were compared. The results showed that both B and P could improve the storage stability obviously,the storage stability would be best when the stabilizer content was 2% of asphalt, which could make the D-value between upper and lower softening point reduced from 10.2℃ to 3.5℃ and 1℃ respectively. In addition, B and TOR had the considerable effect, and P was superior to B and TOR.
