摘    要:基于低挥发分煤燃烧特性的分析及国内外低挥发分燃煤锅炉的设计经验,针对现有“W”型火焰锅炉运行问题所进行的研究表明,锅炉燃烧及制粉系统的设计与低挥发分煤燃烧特性的良好匹配是运行性能优劣的关键所在。为确保运行的可靠性和经济性,必须将燃用煤质控制在适当范围内;对部分“W”型火焰锅炉燃烧系统的设计宜作进一步改进;在磨煤机及制粉系统的选型设计时,应留有足够裕度,保证满负荷运行中合理的煤粉细度R90=0.5nVdaf。

Abstract:Based upon the analysis of combustion properties of low-volatile coal and the design experiences with low-volatile coal-fired boilers at home and abroad, the study on the operation problems of existing "W"-flame boilers shows that, the key to the better operation performance lies on the fine matching between the designs of boiler combustion and coal pulverizing system and the combustion properties of low-volatile coal. For ensuring the operation reliability and economics, it is necessary to make the coal quality to be controlled within the appropriate range, to further improve the designs of combustion systems of part "W" flame boilers, to leave sufficient margin for the type selection design of coal pulverizer and coal pulverizing system to ensure the rational pulverized coal fineness R_m=0.5 nV_(daf).
