我国铝冶炼设备的现状及其发展方向

摘    要:介绍我国铝冶炼设备的研发与应用现状,指出氧化铝设备的发展方向是设备大型化和生产过程控制的自动化。铝电解设备的发展方向是开发具有更合理的"三场"、使用惰性阳极的新型电解槽,开发具有防高磁场强度、高效化、自动化、智能化和实现远程操作控制的电解多功能天车。碳素设备的发展方向是低能耗、高产能、大型化、连续化、自动化以及改善生产操作环境。

Abstract:This paper introduces the present status of research and development and application of aluminum smelting equipment in China,and points out that the development direction of aluminum oxide equipment is large-scalization of equipment and control automatization of production process.The development direction of aluminum electrolytic equipment is to develop more reasonable "three fields",use new reduction cell with inter anodes and develop high efficiency,automatization and intelligent electrolytic multifunction overhead crane which can prevents high intensity of magnetic field and realizes remote operation control.The development direction of carbon equipment is low-energy consumption,high productivity,large-scalization,serialization,automatization and better production operation environment.
