钻头破岩过程的计算机仿真模型──井底破碎坑的数学模型

摘    要:根据用三牙轮钻头一个主齿圈和一个特殊齿圈进行破岩实验的结果,对井底大量单次或多次破碎坑的数据作了处理,进而建立了破碎坑尺寸大小与齿面结构参数、钻井参数、岩石性质之间的数学模型,为实现牙轮钻头与岩石工作用过程的计算机仿真提供了有实用价值的参考资料。同时简要介绍了一种测量破碎坑尺寸的新方法--光测法。

Abstract:On the basis of the result of an experiment on rock disintegration by a main tooth row and a special tooth row of a three-cone bit, the author processes the data of a large number of disintegrated pits on bottom hole, sets up a mathematic model of the relationship between the pit size and the tooth structure, drilling parameters and rock properties, thereby presents a practical reference for the computer simulation of the interaction between cone bit and rocks. The author introduces also an optical method for determining the pit sizes.
