| 摘 要： | 介绍了在Pro/ENGINEER软件中建立齿轮轴三维实体模型的方法,并在ANSYS软件中进行了有限元分析,从理论上得到了齿轮轴在工作时轮齿靠近键槽部分的应变最大,易磨损、破损,此方法为快速开发与设计零件、部件具有一定的意义。

| Abstract: | Method of 3D gear shaft solid model is introduced in the Pro/ENGINEER,and the finite element in ANSYS software is analyzed.Strain of the gear shaft near the keyway is the largest at work theoretically,part of gear shaft is easy to wear and damage.Methods for the rapid development and design of parts,components have a certain significance. |
