摘    要:介绍了安钢1号高炉近几年通过提高入炉品位、采用高风温和富氧喷煤技术、保持适宜炉渣碱度.优化高炉操作等措施,使铁水含硅量从0.74%下降到0.50%的实践经验,增产节焦效果显著。

Abstract:With the improvement of material and fuel quality, A series of measures were taken on the No. 1 BF at Anyang-steel, such as increasing Fe content, using high blast temperature, injecting pulverized coal with oxygen enriched blast, ensuring suitable slag basicity, optimizing BF operation parameters and so on. The silicon content of hot metal was decreased from 0.74% to 0.50% , Both increasing product and saving curbon had great benefit.
