摘    要:基于电镀锌机组强制风冷系统,探讨了冲击射流换热的研究现状。基于经过多次试验得到的局部努塞尔数的求解方程,以及已有的传热学研究成果建立了快速风冷系统的数学模型,为强制风冷技术的研究提供了理论依据。利用Fluent软件对系统做了数值模拟,分析得到了系统的温度场,对数学模型进行验证。

Abstract:Based on forced draught cooling system on heated coating, the paper discusses the research actuality of impacting jet. With the computational equation of Nusselt number based on experiments for times and existing research achievements on heat transfer, the mathematical model is built, which provides theory basis for the studying of forced draught cooling. Furthermore, it uses the software of fluent to make the numerical simulation, and get the temperature field, which is also a verification of the mathematical model.
