西洋参细胞培养物与进口西洋参有效成份比较研究

摘    要:通过对西洋参细胞培养物和进口西洋参的皂甙和多糖的研究。发现二者均含西洋参总皂甙,且皂甙斑点个数、位置和颜色几乎相同或近似,含有的皂甙单体分别为R_a、R_a、R_b1、R_b2、R_c、R_d、R_e、R_f、R_g1和R_g2它们总皂甙含量分别为7.12%和8.42%,多糖含量分别为13.93%和15.02%。

Abstract:Totle saponins and polysaccharins in cell cultures and roots of American ginseng were compared. The results showed that they all produced saponins, and presented similar panaquilin 0, a,b_1, b_2,c,d,e,f, g_1, g_2. The crude saponin contents in cell cultures and roots of American ginseng were 7.12% and 8.42% respectively. The amounts of polysaccharins were 13.93% and 15.02% respectively.
