| 摘 要： | 80年代黄河来水来沙偏枯。但下游引水却逐年增加,年引水量约占河道来水量的1/4;引沙量随来沙量的丰枯而变化,约为2.6～1.0亿t。从历年引水引沙过程分析,高村以上的河南河段引水基本稳定略呈下降趋势,高村以下的山东河段则呈阶梯状稳步上升。这种不平衡的用水状况有待调整。

| Abstract: | The coming water and sediment were less in 1980's, but water diversion has been increased year after year in the lower reaches. The annual water diversion volume was about 1/4 of the coming water and the annual sediment diverted was varied from 260 to 100 million tons depending on the volume of coming sediment. According to the analysis of water and sediment diversion over the years that water diversion in Henan section above Gaocun was basically stable and tended slightly decrease, while in Shandong section below Gaocun was increased steadily. Such a state of imbalance remains to be readjusted. |
