摘    要:用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定了武汉市区市售15种时令蔬菜中的8种农药的残留量。分析结果表明,其中菠菜、青菜、卷心菜等水叶菜中甲胺磷、甲基对硫磷、氧乐果、乐果的残留量超过国家标准。检出率为60.0%。

Abstract:By using the method of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, we have tested the residue of eight kinds of pesticides in fifteen kinds of seasonal vegetables sold in the markets of Wuhan City.The results of analysis show that the residue of dichlorvos, methamiclophos, dimethoate and malathion in the vegetable such as spinach, cabbage and Chinese cabbage have exceeded the national limits.The test rate is 60%.
