气固流态化技术在矿物分选的应用

摘    要:通过对气固流化床的基本特性及矿物干法分选的重要性分析,提出了气固流化床具有良好的分选性能。并研究了矿粒在流化床的分选机理。试验结果表明,气固流化床可以有效地分选矿物,分选效率大于90%,开辟了一条新的矿物分选途径。

Abstract:On the basis of the analysis of the basic characteristics of gassolid fluidized bed and the importance of dry mineral separation,it is pointed out that gassolid fludized bed has good separation performances and the separation mechanism of mineral particles on the fludized bed is studied.The test results have shown that gassolid fludized bed can efficiently separate minerals,which has a separation efficiency of over 90%,and it has opened up a new way to separate minerals.
