大直径浮头换热器的结构设计

摘    要:介绍了吉林石化公司乙烯装置中大直径浮头换热器结构设计特点。重点阐述了对于专利商工艺条件中两相邻折流板之间滑轮结构的改进,即把两相邻折流板之间的滑轮结构改为焊接两块弓形支撑板,这样既对整个管束起到了加强作用又避免了抽拉过程中的偏转。

Abstract:The design features of large diameter floating heat exchanger were introduced in this paper. Especially the improvement of pulley between the baffles was explained,that was to use two arc support plates instead of the pulley between the two baffles. The improved structure could strengthen the tubes and avoid the deflection during drawing.
