摘    要:ZL302铸铝的电动自行车电机端盖在硬质阳极氧化时曾发生工件烧蚀和钛挂具熔断的现象,在对烧蚀现象进行分析后,通过降低氧化电流密度和改变给电方式,使零件达到了硬质氧化的要求。

Abstract:The ablation of electromotor end cover which made of ZL302 foundry aluminum and fusion of the titanium clamp had occurred in the process of hard anodizing.The ablation phenomenon was analyzed.The hard anodizing oxidation process was completed successfully by reducing the current of oxidation and changing the electricity supply mode.
