摘    要:阐述了J-213快速固化厌氧型丙烯酸酯胶粘剂的基本组成、制备及主要性能。该胶选用乙氧化双酚A二甲基丙烯酸酯(SR348)、二缩三乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(SR205)等为聚合单体,乙酰苯肼为促进剂,乙二胺四乙酸二钠(EDTA)为稳定剂,对苯醌为阻聚剂,异丙苯过氧化氢为引发剂,有机铜为活化剂。该胶定位时间短,几秒至几分钟即可定位;固化速度快,15min剪切强度即可达到最高值的80%以上;耐介质浸泡性能和耐高低温交变性能优异;与镍粉混合稳定性好,适用期长;对被粘接件无腐蚀。

Abstract:The composition, preparation and primary properties of J-213 adhesive were introduced in this paper. The adhesive was composed of ethoxylated bisphend A dimethacrylate (SR348), triethylene glycol dimethacrylate (SR205) (as the polymerizing monomers), acetyl phenyl hydrazine (as the promoter), EDTA (as the stabilizer), p-benzoquinone (as the inhibitor), cumene hydroperoxide (as the initiator), organic copper compound (as the activator) etc. The fastening time was short, from a few seconds to a few minutes, and the reached shear strength of the adhesive was over eighty percent of the maximum value after fifteen minutes at room temperature. The resistances to medium and high and low temperature alternating were very excellent. It had a long pot life when it was mixed with nickel powder. The adhesive had no corrosion to the adherend.
