标准Fenton试剂处理压裂余液的实验研究

摘    要:油田开采过程中剩余压裂液COD值严重超标,给环境带来极大危害,而目前对此类压裂液处理的研究报道甚少.采用标准Fenton试剂处理压裂余液,通过正交实验,确定了Fenton氧化中主要影响因素(H_2O_2投加量、Fe~(2+)投加量、pH值和反应时间)的实验条件,并考察了各因素对COD去除率的影响,确定出最佳反应条件.压裂余液的COD值由2 075.84 mg/L降至500.49 mg/L,去除率达到75.9%.实验结果表明:标准Fenton试剂对压裂余液具有良好的处理效果.
