苯酚羟基化制备苯二酚的研究

摘    要:在管式连续反应器中,对 H_2O_2在催化剂作用下氧化苯酚制邻、对苯二酚的工艺过程与控制进行了研究,考察了各级反应器中 H_2O_2进料流量分配、反应温度、苯酚/H_2O_2摩尔配比等因素对反应结果的影响,对管式反应器中苯酚羟基化反应进程进行了分析。结果表明,当苯酚原溶液中苯酚的质量分数为12%,苯酚/H_2O_2摩尔比为2.0,H_2O_2在各级反应器进料流量分配依次为6,5,6,4,4 mL/min,循环水初始温度为40℃时,苯酚的转化率可达44%左右,苯二酚的总选择性可达80%左右。

Abstract:The hydroxylation of phenol on composite catalyst and the process control in a novel tubular flow reactor were studied. The effects such as the quota of hydrogen peroxide feeding to every stage of the tubular flow reactor, temperature, molar ratio of phenol to hydrogen peroxide, etc. on the reaction results and the hydroxylation process in the axial direction of the tubular reactor were investigated. The results showed the convertion of phenol was about 44G and selectivity to catechol and hydroxyquinone was about 80% when the initial phenol concentration was 12%, molar ratio of phenol to hydrogen peroxide was 2.0 and the feeding rates of hydrogen peroxide in stages were 6, 5, 6, 4, 4 mL/min, respectively.
