二灰稳定旧路面材料室内试验研究

摘    要:考虑到旧灰土含量、二灰含量以及二灰比对二灰稳定旧路面材料路用性能的影响,采用正交试验方法,对二灰稳定旧路面材料的抗压、劈裂和回弹模量进行了试验,并通过对试验结果的分析,结合二灰稳定旧路面材料的强度形成机理,说明了其强度发展规律,试验结果验证了二灰稳定旧路面材料属于广义半刚性材料范畴,同时对其作高等级公路的底基层或二级公路的基层、底基层的可行性给予了探讨。

Abstract:Considering the effect of the old lime-soil content, lime-flyash content and lime-flyash ratio on lime-flyash- stabilized reclaimed asphalt pavement materials, an orthogonalexperiment research on compression strength, split tensile strength and compression modulus of lime-flyash-stabilized reclaimed asphalt pavement materials is carried out. The strength developing ruleofthe mixture was indicated through orthogonal analyses, combined with the forming mechanism of strength. Test results of the indices prove in theory that lime-flyash-stabilized reclaimed asphalt pavement materials is in the category of semi-rigid materials. In addition, the feasibility of this mixture as subbase of high-grade highway or as base and subbase of second-grade highway was discussed.
