| 摘 要： | 资金困难、人才匮乏、经营管理不系统,这三方面的原因导致农村有线电视的发展裹足不前,举步维艰。按照现代企业标准自上而下加大农村有线广播电视网络的经营管理改革力度,提高服务质量,开发频道资源进而发展广播电视事业应该引起各级广电部门的高度重视。

| Abstract: | Fund and talent shortage and the bad management have made the rural CATV developing get nowhere.This paper demonstrates that conducting an integral reform of management according to the standards of modern enterprise,raising qualities of services and exploiting the channel resources should be paid much attention to by all broadcast television departments. |
