自行火炮发射过程的可视化仿真

摘    要:基于多体动力学理论建立了某自行火炮的动力学模型,以第1类Lagrange方程推导了动力学方程。采用动力学分析软件ADAMs并结合I—DEAs软件进行了动力学模型的可视化仿真,避免了传统火炮设计理论引起的系统建模的误差。两种工况下的仿真结果表明:该动力学模型能够反映火炮发射过程的动力学规律,利用ADAMS进行火炮发射动力学分析是可行的。

Abstract:The dynamic model of a certain self-propelled gun is established based on multi-body dynamics theories. Dynamic equations are formulated by applying the Lagrange equations of the fist kind. The model is simulated visually by use of the commercial codes of ADAMS and I-DEAS, so that modeling errors caused by traditional design theories of guns are eliminated. Results in two working conditions show that the dynamic model can reflect dynamic characters of the gun. It is feasible to analyze launching dynamics in virtue by ADAMS.
