摘    要:为了在评价的基础上进一步提取公路网的现状特征,针对公路网现状优劣判断的相对性,提出了一种基于AHP-熵复合物元的公路网现状特征提取方法.该方法以可拓学、关联函数为基础,以西安市公路网现状为研究对象,应用德菲尔与统计分析法确定了特征提取指标及其经典域和节域;应用物元分析法将评价指标、量测值、经典域等单元组成公路网现状特征提取物元,充分考虑专家知识和经验以及数据本身蕴涵的信息,采用AHP与熵值法综合确定了指标权重;通过计算各指标量测值关于评价等级的隶属度以及各指标关于评价等级的关联度来求解路网现状特征值,进而判断公路网的整体发展水平并提取各指标的现状特征.研究结果表明:西安公路网现状级别特征值为1.852 4,处于优良偏中等水平,路网的整体规模、通达性及连通性较好,农村公路发展成绩显著,但是等级公路尤其是二级以上公路所占比例偏低,迫切需要升级改造.

Abstract:In order to extract the current characteristics on the basis of evaluation about road network,a matter element method with analytic hierarchy process(AHP) and entropy is proposed for the relative merits of road network evaluation,which is based on extension theory and correlation function.Firstly,road network of Xi′an is taken as research target,the characteristic indexes with their classical ranges and node ranges are determined by the way of Delphi expert assessment method and statistical analysis.Secondly,matter element of current characteristics about road network is made up of indexes,values and classical ranges by matter element analysis.The weight of each index was determined by AHP and entropy method to consider data objectivity and classification subjectivity.Thirdly,development level and current characteristics about road network are judged by calculating degrees of membership of evaluation indexes and the interrelated value of levels.Lastly,research results show that the current characteristics value of Xi′an highway network is 1.8524,which indicates good condition tending to the general level;accessibility,connectivity and the overall size of road network are all better;rural roads have made remarkable achievements,but the proportion of classified highway and trunk road is very low;it is urgent to upgrade the highway network.
