改进的模糊层次分析法在海堤工程安全评价中的应用

摘    要:结合海堤工程的实际情况,构建海堤工程安全评价的指标体系,根据建立的优先判断矩阵,应用基于改进的模糊层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重;其次,根据专家评分法得到各项指标的评价值;最后,利用所得指标权重和指标评价值对实例进行综合评价,得出该海堤工程的安全等级,为海堤的维护管理和除险加固提供了依据.

Abstract:In accordance with the real situation of the seawalls and on the basis of the priority of judgment matrix,this paper aims at finding out an index system on the safety evaluation of the seawall engineering construction and determining the weight of each evaluation index under the framework of the improved fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Secondly,this paper aims to get the evaluation value of each index through experts grading system.Thirdly,according to the weight and the value of indexes,this paper tries to offer a reliable basis for the maintenance and reinforcement of seawalls by giving a comprehensive evaluation to different cases and defining the security level of them.
