| 摘 要： | 介绍了近红外光谱分析技术在己内酰胺生产控制分析中的初步应用。通过对水体系中己内酰胺,苯体系中己内酰胺,无机液中总羰基等质量指标的测定及与标准方法的对比,表明近红外光谱分析技术用于己内酰胺生产控制分析是可行的。该方法具有分析速度快,操作简单,没有环境污染等特点。

| Abstract: | A fast near infrared (NIR) spectrometric technique used in caprolactam production control is introduced. Determination methods of caprolactam contents in water solutions and in benzene solutions as well as carbonyl compounds in inorganic solutions were established. Comparison between the results obtained by NIR methods and the results obtained by reference methods were made using pair t text. The test results show that the deference between the NIR methods and the reference methods is within 95% tolerance. |
