高压海水液压系统密封技术研究

摘    要:针对深海勘探装备中的高压海水液压系统密封设计缺乏成熟的设计准则和方法,根据大量试验结果和借助有限元分析软件,对高压海水液压系统管道和接头的选择提供了可行方案。当密封压力为60MPa时,组合垫圈只适用于直径小于20mm的密封,而O形橡胶圈既可用于小直径的密封,还可以用于大直径(不小于250mm)的密封。

Abstract:The purpose of this paper is to give some design principles and methods of high pressure seawa- ter hydraulic system which are widely used in deep-sea exploration devices for lack of classical design theory. With plenty of experimental results and FEA software,feasible method for selecting the on pipes and joints of the high pressure seawater hydraulic system was proposed.When the sealing pressure is 60MPa,compound gasket can realize reliable sealing while the diameter is less than 20mm;O ring can realize reliable sealing while the diameter is less than 250mm.
