| 摘 要： | 针板是工业缝纫机零件的重要性能部件之一,研究采用改进HOUGH变换对针板的直线边缘进行检测实现针板非接触测量的可行性.在常规HOUGH变换的基础上采用虚假峰值消去法结合联通性检测和角点检测直线边缘.通过实验证明论述的方法能够检测出针板上的直线边缘具有可行性.

| Abstract: | Needle plate is important function part in industrial sewing machine parts. It focus on linearity border segment detection of Needle plate and feasibility of non-contact measuring,Realize edge detection base on eliminating spurious peaks according to the analysis of limitations of traditional Hough transform,with integration detection and image corner detection complete the method apply to it. the needle plate image processing experiment results show this method can detect the linearity border segment. |
