摘    要:针对平安县城的建设需要,设计了基于云存储的平安县城公共安全视频监控系统组网方案,包括前端子系统、卡口子系统、高点全景凝视子系统和传输网络子系统等.重点阐述云存储技术在视频监控系统中用于智能整合、数据恢复、系统部署等方面的具体实现方法,同时配套建设视频监控管理平台和公安实战平台,实现县城各部门与社会资源间的互通互联,全面提高社会治安的防控能力,为创建平安县城提供有力保障.

Abstract:Aiming at the construction needs of safe county, a public security video surveillance system networking scheme for safe county is designed based on cloud storage, which is composed of the front-end subsystem, bayonet subsystem, high panoramic gaze subsystem, the transmission network subsystem and so on. The concrete implementation method of how the cloud storage technology is used to achieve respectiveSgoals such as intellectual combinationS, data recovery and systemSdeployment in the videoSsurveillanceSsystem is expounded emphatically, and the matched video surveillance management platform as well as public security actual combat platform is constructed simultaneously to achieve the interconnection between county departments and social resources so that the public security prevention and control ability can be improved totally and it can provide a strong guarantee for the development of Ping An county.
