ISD25120语音芯片在工业设备故障诊断中的应用

摘    要:对工业设备故障进行实时、清晰和准确语音报警是评估其性能的一项基本功能。基于美国ISD公司的数码语音25120芯片和MCS51单片机接口技术,设计并研制出一种新型集语音报警、液晶显示及汉字微型打印于一体的多功能语音故障报警卡,对该卡的电路原理框图、硬件电路设计、语音报警软件设计以及相应的编程实例进行了介绍。现场运行表明,该多功能语音故障报警卡完全可以满足故障报警的实时性和可靠性要求,完全可以应用于工业设备的故障诊断中。

Abstract:To give a sound alarm in real time, focus and correction is a basic function when industrial equipments go wrong. Based on ISD25120 and MCS51 interface technology, the paper designs and exploits a sound fault alarming card with sound alarming, LG displaying and printing with multi functions. The author introduces circuit principle diagram, hardware circuit design, sound software design and its programming example. Practice proves that it can satisfy real time and reliable requirement and completely be used in fault diagnosis in industrial equipments.
