| 摘 要： | 以异脱氢乙酸乙酯与甲氧基香茅醛直接缩合为起点,将缩合、脱羧、异构化、(顺、反)异构体拆分等采用多步反应连续一锅法的操作方法,成功地得到高有效含量的ZR型保幼激素类似物。

| Abstract: | An one-pot process including direct condensation of ethyl isodehydracetate and hydrocitronellal,followed by decarboxylation, isomerization and isomer resolution, was developed for practical preparation of ZR juvenile hormone analogue series with high content of effective component. |
