摘    要:提出了一种基于静电驱动的新型机电集成传动系统,描述了该传动系统的基本工作原理。通过合理的假设,将传动的柔轮简化为圆柱壳体。把对称作用在壳体上的静电场力展开为Fourier级数形式。在选取合适的位移函数的基础之上,对一端自由一端固定的柔轮进行研究,通过迭代确定相应的待定系数,并最终得到应力沿中曲面的分布规律,为传动的设计和研究提供了有益的参考。

Abstract:A novel electromechanical integrated drive system driven by electrostatic force is proposed, whose basic operating principle is also described. The flexspline of the drive system is simplified as a circular cylindrical shell by applying reasonable hypothesis. The electrostatic force acting on the shell symmetrically is developed in Fourier series form. Based on the employment of appropriate displacement function, the clamped-free flexspline is examined. The unspecified coefficients are obtained through iterations. In the end, the stress distribution along the neutral surface is presented. It is useful for the design and research of the drive system.
