渣油加氢保护剂和脱金属催化剂的开发及应用

摘    要:介绍了FZC系列渣油加氢保护剂和脱金属催化剂的研制、生产和工业应用。该系列催化剂的主要特点 是大孔容、大孔径、活性和稳定性高。在齐鲁石油化工公司渣油加氢处理装置的工业应用结果表明,国产保护剂和 脱金属催化剂与国外催化剂相比,杂质脱除率高,并在防止床层压力降升高及保证全系列国产加氢催化剂的使用 性能上发挥了重要作用。

Abstract:Development, production, and commercial application of the FZC serial residue hydrotreating guard assistant and demetallization catalyst were introduced. The serial catalyst is characterized by large pore volume and pore diameter,high activity bud stability. Its commercial application on the residue hydrotreating unit in the Qilu Petrochemical Company showed that the domestic guard assistant and demetallization catalyst have high impurity removal percent, playing an important role in preventing raise of pressure drop, and guarantee the performance of the hydrotreating catalyst.
