| 摘 要： | 通过对某办公附属楼裂缝的检测与鉴定,分析了该附属楼裂缝产生的原因,综合设计、施工、材料等多方面因素,提出了较为有效的住宅裂缝的预防措施,对今后同类裂缝治理具有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | According to the tests and inspections of the cracks on some office attached building,the paper analyzes the reasons for the cracks in this attached building by combining with many factors including the design,the construction,and materials,and points out the effective prevention measures for the cracks in residential buildings,so as to have the direction significance for the cracks treatment in future. |
