| 摘 要： | 结合工程实际,对朔黄铁路扩能改造电气化工程架子队组建原则、管理模式进行了充分的说明,提出了架子队施工管理的方法,对解决架子队施工管理中的实际问题和丰富架子队施工管理经验,提高施工管理效率有一定的意义。
