| Abstract: | This paper describes measures for the construction of water conservancy engineering in winter and rainy seasons from two aspects of earth-rock construction and concrete and slurry masonry construction,points out the construction quality,schedule and security management for construction enterprise in winter and rainy seasons,and puts forward feasible implementation scheme,which has significant meaning for enterprise development. |
