| 摘 要： | 基于智能化居住建筑及其物业管理的特点,研究了智能化居住建筑物业管理在管理水平、管理组织、政策和法规等方面存在的问题,从树立全新管理思想、建立科学的组织机构等方面提出了优化智能化居住建筑物业管理的对策,有利于智能化居住建筑的发展及其物业管理水平的提高。
