| 摘 要： | 结合目前建筑市场现状，就工程招投标价格的有效控制进行了探索，并对工程招投标阶段的造价控制加以阐述，最后总结了竣工结算阶段存在的问题及对策，以期保证建设项目投资效益最大化。
