谈预制梁外观质量缺陷防治与混凝土质量控制

结合新建贵阳至广州铁路GGTJ-6标实际,针对施工中易产生的通病,从保证混凝土外形美观、解决混凝土表面的疤痕、提高混凝土表面的光洁度和混凝土表面颜色的处理等方面就如何提高混凝土工程外观质量进行了一些分析和探索,以有效控制混凝土常见问题的产生。

On prevention of shortage in outlook quality of prefabricated beam and concrete quality control

Combining with the fact in newly-built Guiyang-Guangzhou railway GGTJ-6,the paper according to the common diseases in the construction,analyzes and explores the ways of how to improve the outlook quality of the concrete projects from the guarantee of the concrete outlook,the solution to the surface scars on concrete,the improvement of the smooth finish of concrete surface and the treatment of the color of concrete surface,so as to have the effective control over the common problems of concrete.
