垫层法在100000m3储罐地基处理中的应用

摘    要:对不均砂岩土层大型钢质储罐地基处理作了比较分析,通过垫层法与沉管夯扩混凝土灌注桩法、钻孔灌注桩和灰土挤密桩组合法比较,得出垫层法处理该类土的优越性,并对垫层土进行改良(灰土石垫层),使之能满足高承载力的要求,通过对砂岩面层的处理,确保了滑移面的稳定。

Abstract:This paper makes comparative analysis on large steel storage tank foundation treatment with uneven sand layer.Through comparing cushion method,sunken tube dynamic concrete grouting pile method,drilling grouting pile and lime soil pile composition method,it finds out that the advantage of cushion method in processing such kind of soil,and improves the cushion soil(lime soil cushion),so as to meet the high bearing capacity demand.Through processing sand layer,it grantees the stability of sliding surface.
